I found your book SECRETS FROM A CATERER’S KITCHEN at a local bookstore when I was just starting with my own catering business and it became my “bible” so to speak! I just love how you wrote the book and the humor you put in it! This book helped me so much in my business and my Clients so far have been satisfied with our services. However, due to some ingredient restraints I failed to try out the delicious recipes you wrote there.
